Donation cancellations
Donations are generally final once successfully processed, as funds may be allocated promptly to relief and charitable work.
Requesting a review
If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, donation date, amount, and payment reference.
Refund decisions
We review requests individually, taking into account the payment status, use of funds, applicable law, and donor obligations. A refund, if approved, is returned through the original payment method where possible.
Payment disputes
If your payment is still pending or needs verification, please contact us before attempting another donation. We will work with the payment provider to clarify the status.
